Born in Ercolano (Naples) in 1942, where he still lives and works today, Giulio Apicella is an artist renowned for his eccentric colors and his dense and full-bodied brush strokes.
A lover of landscapes, he gives his paintings a poetic touch through a subjective vision of what he observes: you can therefore admire Positano from the terrace of an ancient villa or Capri from the most characteristic paths.
Brother and pupil of the renowned Paolo Brancaccio (stage name), Giulio Apicella began his career from a young age.
His works, exhibited in Italy and abroad, make him a sought and appreciated artist.
